To be fair, I decided to give Townwood Homes the same test I gave the other builders, namely google the name (townwood homes problems). I only accepted problems on the first page. Mattamy Homes had 4 problems while TownWood Homes had 1 problem listed. It was not a problem of construction but a misunderstanding of which part of the lot one of the owners of a “quattroplex” owned. So, I will say that Townwood Homes has 0 problems on the first google page. For the record, I didn’t go to page 2 or further for any of the builders to see if any were hidden on subsequent pages.
Regarding the Townwood issue, it shows that when buying a home you must ascertain all facts and determine what you own, not from a rendering but the actual legal documents – documents you should see before signing on the dotted line.
